How to Make a Warranty Claim

Diagnosis & RMA
Our technical team will help diagnose the issue. If a warranty claim is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Return the Product
Ship the product to us with the RMA number clearly marked. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.
Resolution
Once received, we will test the product and process a repair, replacement, or refund within 5-7 working days.
