• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse any order
• Payment must be received in full before dispatch

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (BACS)
• Invoice terms for approved trade accounts

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours

5. Returns and Refunds

Business customers: Custom terms may apply. Consumer customers: You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All products come with warranty coverage as detailed on our Warranty page. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with our warranty procedures.
